Refund & Cancellation Policy

All numerology reports, consultations, and personalized services are prepared specifically based on user-submitted details.

Once the order is confirmed and processing has started, refunds are generally not applicable.

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by the user
• Payment deducted but order not received
• Service not delivered due to an issue from our side

No refund will be provided if:

• User submits incorrect details
• The report has already been prepared or delivered
• The consultation has already been booked or completed
• User changes their mind after payment

Approved refunds, if any, may take 5–7 working days depending on the payment provider or bank.
